Return shipping within Switzerland
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return the item easily and free of charge.

Drop off a parcel : Take the parcel to the nearest post office or parcel shop.

Exchange items
If you would like an item in a different size, color or style, exchanging it is just as easy as returning it.

Note: We are currently unable to process direct exchange requests through our system. Please use the refund and place a new order.
